Scout

So, thought I'd share a picture or two of Scout. Scout came home today after having two teeth removed yesterday. A few years ago, Scout had a run in with a golf club (very long story), but her teeth suffered the most from the incident! Her surgery was yesterday, but vet wanted to keep her overnight. She's having a hard time today, but we're hoping she improves by tomorrow. Happy Wednesday!

T-R-O-U-B-L-E!!

We spell trouble in our house as C-A-R-O-L-I-N-E!

Check out Caroline's Kitchen!

First Day of Toddler Class!

Monday was our first "official day" as a toddler.
Today was the beginning of the school year at the Octopus Garden Preschool. Our new teacher is Ms. Lisa, she was Caroline's infant afternoon teacher, so it made our transition easier on all of us. Toddler class is much more structured and focused on development than the infant class. Each week, we will get the lesson plan for the week. Each lesson plan is theme oriented. Also, Caroline sits and eats at a table with all her fellow toddlers and sleeps on a big girl mat on the floor!

Caroline had a wonderful day!

Good Ole Family Fun!

So, after a very long day of house cleaning and room rearranging, we thought it was time for some good ole family fun! Daddy talked me into postponing my working and off we went. We had a cookie at Nestle Toll House and then walked over to Build a Bear Workshop. I realize Caroline is a little too young, but we had fun anyway! Enjoy!

This is where the teddy gets its stuffing.
She loved putting the heart in. We even gave it a heartbeat! What a sweetheart!
Now its Bathtime! Meet "Brownie" We even have an official birth certificate. Before we left, we dressed Brownie in her very own pink T-shirt! Can you believe Daddy actually participated? What a good daddy!

Fantasy Football Sunday!

Boy! Do they take this serious!
It took 'em a while, but they finally found the food!
Caroline wasn't too sure about all those men in our house. She watched from a distance.
Who needs football! When you can play with Jacob?

She almost made it to the top, but mom interfered! Maybe next time.

I've managed to get alittle behind. Nothin' much happened today besides saying two new words. Yes, two new words. She said nose (sounded like nuh) but she was definitely pointing to her nose, so it was clearly nose. She also said duck. Jason will tell you otherwise, and that I am just a boasting mom. But it sounds a little like 'that'.

So. With that said, we spent Saturday Night at Uncle Bryan and Aunt Rachelle's. Take a look at the pictures of Caroline with her cousins!

Until next time......

Grandparents House We Go

We just got home from Papa and Gram's house. It was a big weekend for Caroline. Beleive it or not, Papa and Gram spoil her rotten. I know... That's what grandparents are for. We got to visit with MeeMaw quite a bit and we even got to spend some time with Great Uncle Mark and Great Aunt Rhonda. On top of that, we went swimming, ate ice cream and apple cobbler, we had our first Grape lollipop and we fed the ducks at "Fireman Park". I'm attaching some of the highlights from our weekend. Enjoy.

Papa this pool is way too small for you!!!

Scout was having her own fun in the sprinklers
